Refund Policy

The 48-hour audit is refundable if we cannot provide specific findings or a concrete repair recommendation for the submitted domain and sending context.

The audit fee is credited toward an approved repair sprint when the sprint is approved within 14 days of report delivery.

Refund requests should be sent through the audit intake form or by replying to the audit delivery email.
