Email Deliverability Desk collects the information you submit through audit requests and scan-copy requests, including your name, email address, sending domain, sending tools, and issue details when provided. We use this information to send requested scan copies, respond to your request, follow up about audit help, complete paid audit work, and provide service updates.

We do not ask for mailbox passwords. Public scanner results are based on public DNS records. If you provide message headers, screenshots, or account details during an audit, they are used only to diagnose deliverability issues and prepare recommendations.

Payment is processed by the selected billing provider. Email Deliverability Desk does not store full payment card numbers.
